eBooks are delivered electronically. After successful payment, the Customer will receive access to download or access the purchased eBook via email or through their account on the Store.

Delivery is considered complete once the eBook has been made available for download. The Customer is responsible for ensuring that their email address and technical equipment allow proper access to digital files.

7. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with applicable consumer protection laws, Customers may have a right of withdrawal within fourteen (14) days from the date of purchase.

However, for digital content supplied immediately after purchase, the Customer expressly agrees that performance begins upon confirmation of the order and acknowledges that this waives their right of withdrawal once the download or access has started.

bestbigebooks guarantees that digital products will conform to their description at the time of sale.

In the event of a defective or inaccessible file, the Customer must notify bestbigebooks within a reasonable time. The Store will provide a replacement file or, if the issue cannot be resolved, a refund.
